The last update was on October 18. After that I am not getting any updates. Anyone facing this problem?

I just Realized that someone really uses Free AV provided by them.

@q12345rt: the free anti virus given by beam or infact any other ISP like tikona are shite.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials or any other Free/paid anti virus

Thanks All.Mostly it might be server or license issue. My understanding is Beam (Symantec Management Server) just gets the AV definitions and push them to clients.I will uninstall End point protection for now and install MSE. May be after 1 month I can try End point again.

problem was thay use to send update but date/time did not change this happened for almost 15 days.

google it thay might have announced if there is any problem.
now i m using kAS 2011 and only symantec network threat protection is running.
kas don have good firewall.

Thanks thrilokhv. I just checked Symantec site and latest definitions are 1 day old. Only AV updates can be downloaded separately and for other updates LiveUpdate should be used. Any how I have already uninstalled and installed MSE
