For me the most h@$$ling is my a**hole BA.Every month when it's renewal time for me I have to wait 2 days after my account expires without any internet access, even if I pay up to the BA days in advance. The moron gets to renewing it from his end at his leisure.And most of the time his tin box hub stops working (like right now and he has no "boys" to fix it because it's Jan. 26 today) which he doesn't bother to get replaced.
