Actually, an even easier way is to create a new account, and upon confirmation, a 20% / 500 coupon is displayed which can be used for the first purchase.
 
The promotion code Barclays28 is not working.
When i give the code in ebay while buying an item n say submit, it gives the following error:

Sorry, you do not meet the eligibility criteria for gift voucher / promotion code BARCLAYS28. Please try another voucher / promotion code or continue with your payment.

Kindly let me know how i get the 20% discount?
