Hello all,Does BSNL provide any link to check how much Bandwidth was used this month ? I enquired with local BSNL staff, they are also new to this and told they don't know.I created a small Bandwidth meter for my own sake but I wanted to know it is tallying with their meter. I have already read an unofficial news posted in this forum that they do not meter till sep 2005. but I can't take the risk.regards,Shafeek

Well their portal server allows u to see browsing logs, but not total transfer. http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp
Use DUMeter instead. 🙂

U can check the data transfer for every session and total them up to get the bandwidth used, but quite a frustating job since the data trasnfer mentioned is in KB's ...should have been in MB's

There are some overheads for PPPoE implementation and LAN traffic from PC. So the difference between DUMeter & BSNL Portal can be upto +/- 10% 😀

I guess more than that....
