Balance deduction without confirmation

My number is 9041197980 my balance was deduced from last 3 days. During this 15rs was deduced from my balance. I don't know which service is activated on my number. Even i dnt have any confirmation message about this. I wont be able to connect to customer care agent. Whenever i call they dont respond and now they forward my call to advertisments. Please stop this service and return my balance.
