Was thinking of buying a juicer but don't have time to take out juices there fore ordered some juices from this online website.mygrahak.com
Ordered 2 Cans each of 24 buks total was Rs 48 COD. The order I got was completely different and I was overcharged.
Now they will not send you the order immediately you will have to wait for a confirmation call from them for me it took I think 2 days after I had booked the order.
After I got a call from their rep. they said it will take another 2 days or more to deliver.
Finally some one came to deliver the order in next 2 days and in a normal polybag as far as I know polybags are banned in Delhi and should not be allowed in the 1st place. They can be finned for just that.
I was not there to receive the order and was received by someone else so they didn't knw what I had ordered and what they actually delivered and its not really easy to check prices on these Cans for someone who has no idea about it.
SO finally when I saw that what they had delivered me I was shocked as they had delivered tiny Juice Cans worth Rs 19 each instead of RS 24 and charged in the bill for the Rs 24 one.
so I had asked for a replacement after I called them up 2 days back they said they will do it in 48hrs and asked me to open a ticket which I have already done. They also said I am to get a call back but till now no call back have I gotten nor have they delivered the replacement.
Also I found their online chat to be useless as the chat reps just stop responding if you ask them to solve this...
