My LCO uses Ookla but says it shows lower metrics than actual so he recommended the one I posted.
I also used to use Ookla earlier. Still here it is: result.
Also, you said actual. So does this mean this is the real result? Contrast this to the one posted next below.

Salem is very far from your location, but still that low speeds are unexpected. Closer to home, speeds seem reasonable.

Lots of factors, bandwidth saturation, routing, etc. with the speedtest server used for test. This is also a rebranded service which can be seen as it says Kings Broadband instead of Axom Akshat.

That is quite low. But if real world apps work then it's okay till some other ISP arrives.

Yeah I heard Jio Fiber had been laid down beside my main street but not yet serviced to public. We are hoping for it to switch to in some months if it starts. Maybe after Covid or so.
