I am getting connection timed out errors when accessing some AWS websites. All the connections are hung on syn sent.

I have created a atlas measurement for this but can someone here share if these IP addresses are accessible?

1. 52.94.241.74
2. 52.95.34.223
3. 54.239.24.117

These addresses are inaccessible from 61.0.x.y and 61.2.x.y pools. I have not yet checked other IP pools in AS9829.

Annd it's unreachable from all the other probes in AS9829.

It appears to be working again although latency is higher than normal.
I'll keep the probes up for another 2 days, Just in case.

Yes ,even the firestick homepage ,Amazon.in ,Enterprises Outlook ,Teams were inaccessible for 20-30 mins ,Now as I write all working fine.

Was getting request timeouts in ping tests.

Experiencing issues with Amazon cloud front and YouTube playback with BSNL . Issue is definitely there

Lasted for 2 hours

MS Teams is down again today. Contact list and chat are still not loading Can start new meetings though!

They should really clean up their routing. BSNL uses around 7-10 upstream providers and their routing performance is highly varied among different zones. Such a shame really.
