Let me introduce myself first. I am Sabir and work with webchutney( www.webchutney.com). Avaya is one of our clients and we're doing an online study for the same. During the course of our research we identified Avaya Users forum ( www.avayausers.com) as one of the heavy activity areas. However, what was strange was that the Indian activity remains quite low at around 2.3%.
I have been looking for reasons to this and thought that you might be able to help me out with the same. I would be greatly obliged if you would answer the following questions.
a) Have you heard of the Avaya Users Forum?
b) If Yes,Are you a registered user?
c) How often do you frequent this site( never,rarely,often, quite often)
d) What do you think is the reason that very few Indians are registered on this forum?
e) Has your query/queries been solved here?
