ATA to ATA Dialing

Hi Everyone, I am trying to configure calls between ATA to ATA (both Linksys PAP2) one in ind and the other in UK though i am able to call my indian ATA but they are unable to call me and whenver they answer the phone i am unable to hear them but they can hear me clearly. Can ayone shed light as what i am missing on the setup that will enable voice at both the ends.Thanks in Advance
