Are you able to open this site or Access this site on MTNL Broadband ?

I'm not able to access link-removed.com .I want to know are the people who are using MTNL able to access the site ?As, I have to use Proxy IP whenever I need to open this site (I think they banned my IP 🙁)?

(till the time our ips are blocked by link-removed our ratios can not be affected .. no matter how much we download or seed)
