Are speeds on Reliance Broadband Thunder 550 Plan consistent?

Is Reliance Provide 1Mbps speed at just 550(Thunder 550)??? Does any fluctuation in speed take place ??

Reliance is Reliance. All depends upon your luck. There is no consistency in their services.

I get speeds as promised ,But i am on the Thunder 699 plan. Only problem is frequent disconnections.Though i DO NOT download TOO MUCH, i guess its unlimited but everything has a limit is what i believe 😕
