Are Reliance Broadband Thunder Plans suitable for online gaming?

Need to get new broadband connection mainly for torrent downloads and playing ps3 games online.Liked Thunder 1099 from reliance.Do you guys recommend getting it?My location is faridabad.

This isn't 1099 but this guy has the connection at Faridabad and yeah if online gaming is not your priority then this plan is best for you.
But,don't expect to get full 4mbps until u get a metro ethernet connection.
On standard ADSL2+ you will get around 3.6 mbps
 
I dont know what are the requirements for online gaming but have read that pings should be good. Reliance generally has very high pings. So by that standard it is not good for online gaming.
 
There used to be a time when ping times used to be good on RCOM. Now it has all gone down the train. Pings are pretty much horrible during the day. Google.com / Google.co.in takes good 5secs to load. So, you can imagine how worse it could get while gaming! Maybe the conditions are better for MEN subscribers, but I'm unsure.
