Are Maintainance Charges Official?

yeah it has been enough .....1st they take a large non-refundable amount varying from 1000-3500 as installation....next they take 50-200 per month and still provide fuckin service.....its high time atleast we got rid of maintenance charges......why not every sify bb customer here shoot of an email and a call to sify customercare

My last CTO used to charge Rs. 200 and didn't attend to calls whenever the connection used to go down resulting in a downtime of 2-3 days for me. I had decided that no matter what I wouldn't pay any maintainance charges anymore but he stopped asking for it himself. Pathetic guy.
