I have enquired for broadband connection last week and paid the full amount .. they said I will get connection in 48 hours.. it's been more than a week and still none came to my home or respond me property whenever I call ... I have the team leader number (95145 91190) who doesn't even care to fix my problem.. and very lethargic whenever I call and he even rejects my call when I call him .. this is worst service..I feel like Hathway scam but I know they are corporate and never would do this... But these lethargic staff makes me feel bad about them... Please fix my issue... My registration number for connection is 9840782866
