Its a trick and not strength. Its not tough, once you bend, your joints lock.She is not lifting 400lb weight, she is just holding it.In 2nd video, where she is upside down, in reality guy is hanging on to her and its not that she is holding him.
 
even if it does not showcases real strength, this is still pretty amazing 😛 and as the source states, this is the only mention of this girl. so probably she messed up her body and disappeared after a while.
