Appointment scheduling SaaS for counselling

A Psychologist friend needs to setup his own website primarily for his clients to make appointments for counselling. He needs a SaaS with integration for Indian payment gateways. In other words he is looking for Shopify of appointment booking.

Almost every single doctor around here is connected with Practo. Not sure what other players are there. And whether self managed version makes sense.
