Applying for airtel broadband in mumbai, need help!

hey guys currently i have TATA and its totally ****ed up internet. I am into online gaming like counter strike so i wanna ask that if i install Airtel broadband, does ping rises while watching youtube or downloading torrent?..Because my roommates keep on downloading stuff so pretty tought to play online.please suggest!
 
Mumbai. MTNL. And yes ping will rise if you're downloading stuff simultaneously.
 
Yes it will rise but if we limit to other pc's then it would be fine like netlimiter , it worked for my old cable connection but it doesnt work for tata

I do not think it will work. Your pings will increase.
 
anyone applying for an airtel broadband today certainly needs help. help from people like us to make them aware of the consequences.
 

Man no mtnl landline at home, i have taken this flat on rent, how many days u think it will take for mtnl to install broadband and landline?.
 
No idea. Both MTNL & Airtel have their positives & negatives.I have used BSNL & Airtel. For me, Airtel was the obvious choice. I have had almost no problems.
 
I don't get it. Any AdsL isp would require a wired line. Be it MTNL airtel or Tata. Takes about 4 days to get an MTNL line. Lease deed and Noc from landlord are proof enough.
