Anytime Internet Pack Of 256kbps

i have a feeling that the upload caps are also on the pack for 256kbps anytime internet of Rs. 795 in Mumbai.I cannot go more then 7KB on this pack.any one facing same problem?I thad a feeling that the 2 new packs only had the caps of 8KB upload.Please comment on your experience.

oops sorry guys.. i m talking of sifyi should have posted in sify subforum... but this vista (5342)is yucks my monitor flickers a lot. cant see more at monitor 😛😛
