Anyone using Airtel Business Broadband Internet?

Anyone here uses Airtel Business Broadband Internet. Their plans are similar in cost to Xstream Fibre but without the OTT benefits.

I have the same question. They seem to be providing Static IP and hopefully the support from field/NOC engineer might better, assuming the teams are different. Airtel Office Internet - High Speed Business Broadband Internet Plans I'm ok if I don't get the OTT or the regular Airtel Thanks stuff, as I'll still get it via my Mobile phone plans I think. Anyone tried them out recently or using their services?

I am co-managing an Airtel 8Gbps ILL Line from Airtel and their support is absolute worst, ignorant and always late for resolution.

That is the only consistent thing about Airtel these days! So even on commercial plans, they have no decent support?
