I have brought Genexis ONT modem since my LCO wasn't able to provide me one and I was waiting for a connection long time. Now my LCO has no idea how to configure this modem for Asianet. He has been supplying cheap china models and is proficient with it. He has set the ISP configuration and while connecting it, all other Asianet user's connection is lost. Can anyone share any guidance on why this is happening, any practical answers, or even sharing a screenshot of your configuration settings would be very helpful for further troubleshooting as I'm from a remote area inside Kasaragod and the only way I could reach put for technical help would be through internet most of the time.
