anyone bought Tata DoCoMo 3G 21 mbps USB Stick

Why would you buy it ? better get tata photon plus, 3.1mbps should be enough & it has a better network coverage then its gsm variant estick
 
For data alone, cdma evdo is better as on today. 3GSM, is still more than a year away before it stabilizes.

Is it unlocked?

when you purchase USB modem from operator, its mostly locked to their network.
 
is there a way to unlockit ? i got a USB thing and i really would like to unloc it and use it for another provider instead getting lot of those
