Any retention plans on act?

I am an act customer in bangalore from 6months, i wanted to change my service to hathway as they are providing 40gb and 50mbps on their basic plan and 1mbps after fup compared to 30gb and 512kbps post fup on act.
Is there anyway they will offer an retention plan???
Has anyone tried?
Is it ok to shift to hathway is it relaiable.
My location is koramangala.
 
I am from bangalore too and I use act as well(actually have requested for disconnection). I don't think they'll offer any such thing. My neighbor tried it.
 
No retention plans available with ACT, had asked for disconnection, they disconnected without even calling me.

I also called Act customer care, they do not have any retention plans, they told me to inform on 30th if i want to cancel the broadband service, so that the bill will not be generated.
well all companies are not like airtel.

ACT doesn't give a F currently. It would start offering retention plans if people are leaving in droves
