Any Plans That Airtel Will Come To Hebbal Kempapura In Bangalore

Can anyone please tell me the Airtels senior manager's contact numbers. I tried customer care several times, that i need an airtel connection to my area. There is a good scope to Airtel in my area for its growth.But all the time i just get a formal regret mail from them. That they are unable to serve me as the area is not feasible. i wish to get the approprite informaton about Airtel's plan as to when are they planning to cover our area (Hebbal Kempapura, Bangalore).

then go in for a BSNL 256 unlimited plan instead....it's the same price!p.s. have bangalore users on 256 unlimited plan, started experiencing night time double speeds?
