Any HELP - Access Home PC From office ??

Hi all,Can any one give me help on this issue..A friend has got home PC with Win XP professional with SP2 + zone alarm firewall. He has Airtel broadband connection at home in INDIA.It uses modem which assigns IP address. There is no router given.He wants to access his home PC from his company network. Company does not have much restrctions on outbound traffic. Is Symantec PC anywhere, Real VNC will be of any help ? Can anyone tell me which will the best ""SECURE"" way to access home PC from company network ?
