The 'Indiaplaza Golden Quill Book Award' is Indiaplaza's initiative to identify excellent Indian writing and we would like to involve our esteemed customers in this endeavor.
The Long List of 16 books were chosen from over a 1000 books published in India. Each of the 16 is a winner by itself.
The Long List was read by a panel of professional book reviewers and they have chosen 5 books for the Short List based on the following parameters:
* Writing style and appropriateness of the style.
* Original content.
* Development and delineation of plot.
* Development and delineation of characters.
