No way this movie's budget is $40 million. Michael Bay is trying to make a movie about some avengers level shit with fast and furious thrown in for good measure. I mean, it's just 2 bank robbers they are trying to catch, and Bay said, Okay. I told the cops that the criminals are Thanos's minions, and if we don't stop them now, we will lose the planet.

This movie's budget is definitely > $150 million.
