sometimes they give complimentary GV if they mess up and item is non-returnable or late delivery etc

and Amazon is kinda trust-able, I already trust them with my CC, Add, Mob, Bank Acc 😛 and voter id details is public already.

Also regular 50/75 cashbacks do not hurt either.

does that money go to wallet or gift card? based on my Amazon pay statement, the cashback is added as a gift so does not go into wallet.

refunds seem to go to Amazon pay. but i paid for that using pay.

where do amazon send refund if a customer pays using card? back to card i assume? or they also try to lock the money by sending it to wallet/giftcardbalance?

refunds goes back to original form of payment it would be a nightmare if they start locking money with pay (for COD you need to add Bank Ac or you will get cheque)

I have not done kyc for any other wallet

PhonePe is wallet + upi so without KYC I should be able to use their app right ?
I will need Paytm too for delhi metro, can I pay with CC using paytm and don't need wallet ?

Paytm thingy is not clear. when i use my card to pay, the money supposedly goes to wallet first i assume?
i paid using my card through paytm at a restaurant today. i got a mail that money was added to my wallet.
my paytm is verified using paper documents from years ago. their app do not seem to bug me about aadhaar verification so not sure if that old verification still applies on my account.

Last week i opened a new account with Amazon.in and transferred rs 550 to my Amazon Pay account. Now I simply can't even log in or access my account and this is what amazon says

which bank card you are issuing ?

You opened a new account why (unless this was your first acc)?

have you used this card for payment on any other Amazon account which may have triggered security check or something that flagged your acc suspicious.

No this was my first account, the previous account was my wife's which I've use my SBI debit card more than a lot....btw i can still use my debit card on my wife's account
