Has Amazon/ICICI stopped crediting 5% cashback in Amazon Pay?
I did over 30K shopping on Amazon last month, but my Amazon Pay balance is zero.
Only Rs 25 was credited last in August for making payment on Swiggy using Amazon Pay.

My credit appears by 7th morning. I did get the credit last month. Hard to properly calculate what amount is due but seems alright.

No, the credit is done the very next day after the bill is generated.
My ICICI Amazon bill is generated on the 6th and the points gets credited on 7th.

What's the difference between billing cycle and bill generation date? bill generation is few days later?

for me, the billing cycle ends on 4th. but i get the details about bill on 6th. and cashback on 7th.

my stanchart is on same cycle but i get the bill on 5th itself. got it already. icici would probably land tomorrow.

@SVK - the statement shows the cashback. When was the 30k transaction? Does it show up on the bill? What does the cashback section say?

I checked past 3 bills. This months bill showing cashback in negative. Previous 2 months bills displayed cashback in positive number.
I had done 3 months EMI last for one of the purchase. Could that be the reason for cashback in negative?

I don't think EMI transactions qualify for a cashback.

Out of 30K, 20K was part of EMI. Rest 10K was other purchases.
I still wonder why negative cask of 2K. Does it mean I have pay that amount someday 😂
