So basically they've rejected the documents I uploaded.

This is what the website says:

Got an email to submit statements for a Virtual Debit Card, which is a gift card. As stupid as it sounds. But I've send them a screenshot of the address, and other details that are mentioned on the card. I cannot contact the support over phone, my invoices, all the details, my own money in the wallet are locked.

If they still don't budge, should I contact a lawyer? Because there's no information about this on their terms and conditions page.

I think a statement should be possible for the gift card. You can approach the bank to provide you with the statement.

Sadly flipkart is not opt in iirc. You can't pay to get year of free deliveries. Stupid plus program.

I ordered some shampoo, cream etc stuff on 11 june and delivery date in 21 june. One item was shipped with delhivery on 12 and after that no updates, other items are still not shipped. Most items in order were available on fresh but I ordered as normal (non pantry, fresh).

Anyone else getting unusual long delivery times? Most items I ordered probably would come from warehouses in Delhi so I don't know why its taking so long. And the stupidity to send 1 small item with delhivery when everything was Amazon's own sellers.

Bigbasket would have delivered next day.

i have been ordering grocery stuff from Amazon. and all products arrived on the promised date of delivery. most were set for next day delivery. some were set to be delivered after 4-5 days. have two packages set to arrive tomorrow.

I guess order from fresh would have been delivered quickly but not all items I needed like led bulbs would be available on fresh so minimum order becomes tricky.

I wish they would stop mixing fresh and normal selling items in search.
