Star Plus and Star Movies will form part of a package, while Star Gold and Star World will be available only on a standalone basis.
 
it nowhere says that Star World and Gold are available in HD. it talks about the Ultra Sharp 2 Pack which is available since last month.

The other 2 channels are A la Carte. First paragraph talks about these channels:

Reliance Digital TV (RDTV) the leading Direct- To- Home (DTH) service provider in the country has partnered with Star India to showcase its bouquet of Asli HD channels like Star Plus, Star Movies, Star Gold and Star World for its HD and HD- DVR subscribers.
 
Still no news of Star Gold HD and Star World HD in RDTV lineup 🙂
