Yeah I think I saw that one... surely then, one would have to wonder how they decided sites like robtex, pastebin etc got on the list for pretty much all ISPs.

This is just a lame action by the ISPs to prevent themselves from being charged for enabling piracy, in response to the John Doe order. While I am all for the John Doe order, I do not like the way it is being used as an excuse by the ISPs to do some technically retarded stuff.
