we would find out soon enough. they might offer the extenders for free for people on high end plans. but these devices cost a lot of money so it seems unlikely because it would just increase their logistics costs unless they charge people for a full year in advance.
I guess they probably will lend out the mesh if you pay in advance for long duration (a year?) higher end plans

I doubt many would be willing to invest in a mesh system in one go, it's rather expensive
@Sushubh the news article at telecom talk says it will be either Huawei or Linksys !
On a different note : do we have an indian company that manufactures routers ? ( iball imports from China , if u count that )
Do India manufacturer anymore kind of modern processors and other chips? I assume no. So basically ignore the anti-China propaganda and focus on making your life convenient.
Tip - You can also put your 2nd router in bridge mode making it act as a dummy AP where DHCP and other settings will be handled by the main router
