Airtel Xstream Fiber Plan Upgrade from799 to 999 via Airtel Thanks App

Xstream Fiber Plan 999/- Annual price Without GST is 10190/- But in Airtel Thanks App it Shows 11460 /-(Without GST )
please help Me Out
Currently My Plan is 799 /- For 3 months And my plan will expire on 2nd Dec 2020
Shall i Upgrade the plan and airtel will adjust the current 3 months amount in Annual Plan Please check the second image for details

Hello,
For me it showing 10190/- for the annual membership of the 999 plan (PUNE).
Though I am unable to understand how they calculated 6815/- for the half yearly, as even with gst I can't reach that figure.
