Airtel VSDL to Xstream upgradation

i never upgraded to vdsl. so i am still on their adsl platform. now trying to upgrade and they are not really helping lol.

Oh alright!! I'm too waiting for atleast one company to launch ftth at my place. Still relying on bsnl bb and a local wireless isp.

i can get ftth from excitel, spectra and abs broadband (den)... need that fucking landline lol.

When i was trying to get this disconnected retention offered me 349 landline only plan with unlimited calls. Fyi. Reminds me i am yet to get extra payment cheque from airtel.
