Airtel using abusive schemes?

So i am a platinum cusotmer and was searching the prerequisites to be a solitaire customer.
I checked the website above i get this
"Mittal announced the launch of the new ”Fuck this, I just want to speak to a human being” option for telephone support. At an extra cost of Rs. 29 per incident, all customers can now press 9 to bypass the numerous options and be connected to a live human being who would be able to help them. The reduced time on hold once connected, however, would only be available to Gold and Platinum customers."

Is this for real. Can anyone confirm this. How can a CEO say this?
 
Absolutely incorrect. According to TRAI guidelines airtel can't charge more than 4 times the charge of the basic local call of your plan
 
I know of airtel 121 gold care announcement when calling from my postpaid mobile.
