My airtel no is deactivated as i have not recharged in 90 days and the no is also gone through to their pool so cannot do anything to get it again, my whatsapp and telegram waa linked to that number any way to get my telegram and whatsapp backup get it restored

@pranav sharma Use Twitter. My airtel4g sim stopped working. And when I talked to them, they said it should work as they haven't disabled it from their side. I recharged it with a small amount to check and yes, the "Incoming is disabled on this number" changed to "switched off/not reachable". Although I haven't got the sim changed, I doubt that it it's disabled in just 90 days.
