Will Airtel Pune Number be a paid roaming in Mumbai or both the circles treated home network?

Yes... Only Vodafone and !dea treats Mah and Mumbai customers different, afaik...

I think incoming is FREE but outgoing is charged at different rates and not home rates.

If you go to above link it tells you tariff for roaming areas all over country.

But it does not show any tariff for Mah/Goa network roaming in Mumbai.

May be it means no change in tariff?

i have airtel Maharashtra&goa circle postpaid Sim...Airtel is not charging me extra to roam in Mumbai. usage is first deducted from freebies offered than std rate as per tariff plan same applies for prepaid
