Are there any newsgroups on Airtel's website? I mean does Airtel provide a newsgroup or something similar where you can post queries/bugs/questions etc?

newsgroups are different from websites.... they are like discussion groups. not based on http protocol but on nntp protocol.

Hmmm... There are some open nntp servers as well, but I don't think they allow you to post. The other night I port-scanned the whole subnet of IPs to which the airtel smtp belongs, looking for port 119. It didnt yield any result, apart from crashing my nmap. :angry:Actually the purpose was not to access binaries-based nntp. I just wanted something which saves me the trouble of going to googlegroups all the time. I guess subscribing to RSS for the particular group could be one option...
