Airtel myPlan for Family

Their regular myPlan 799 has 40 FREE packs.

Family plan 799pack has 35 FREE packs

So after paying for total 4 persons = 799+99+99+99=1100Rs.

I still get 35 packs only and that too for 1100Rs!

Great logic by Airtel.
 
Plan = minimum you pay
Pack = FREE things plan give.

For example:
If you take 299Rs plan, you get 8 FREE packs.

A pack can be any of following:
  1. 100 minutes local mobile calls FREE
  2. 90 minutes STD mobile calls FREE
  3. 135MB 3G data free
  4. 250MB 2G data free
  5. 40mins of roaming outgoing FREE
    etc.

So if you get 8 FREE packs, you can use any combination of above:
  1. 8x100 mins local = 800 mins local mobile calls free
  2. 500 mins local + 270 mins STD
  3. 400 mins local + 180 mins STD + 270MB 3G data free
    etc.

So this is NOT tariff plan for family, but Plan to FAMILY PLANNING for all customers...
