so aunt decided to do bunch of wrong recharges worth rs 215 thinking eventually the recharge will work.

I guess about 2k got deducted from her account.. is there any way for a refund ?

Use it as Airtel money and buy things! (Assuming that amount is there in her airtel account)

Try to recharge my dad's postpaid bill..crap nothing works in app as well as in website 🙁

Cannot find a way to generate an invoice for orders on Paytm Website... Hmm. You do get an email though.
