airtel and bsnl are offering microsims for a while now. for airtel, you can get them on a request. bsnl is offering them officially.
 
i tried getting one, bt Airtel store said they are out of stock and it will take time to come
 
Lol, you just need a template to make one, how difficult is it?
 

now that iphone4 has officially arrived, i guess microsims should be easier to locate at airtel stores.

Yesterday, I visited one of their Relationship Stores for enquiring about the same.

This was answered by their rep, "Depends on availability or else we will cut your existing sim!!!' :crazy1:
 
Then what's the use of Airtel ever launching Micro Sim.Cutter are easily available online & every nick & corner of the town.When approaching the service provider for Micro Sim, one expects to be delivered with an actual micro sim launched by them & not some jugaad.
 
Available in Mumbai at Airtel galleries, for a charge of Rs. 24/-
 
I saw 1 guy getting the micro sim at VF store today in Bangalore.
