Twitter should increase the 140 character limit to say 280 or 300. OR Devise a way to split long tweets in to 2 or more automatically. (and if possible auto-merge when reader reads it)Its so annoying when you have to keep counting and erasing characters everytime 140 character limit exceeds.I know their are tools which do that but then the reader of tweet is forced to click on link to read full tweet so that again is annoying.

about the character limit. i think twitter is awesome because of its limits. there are tons of other services where you can write paragraphs and paragraphs. but here you have to be concise with your thoughts.
