i think the problem went away by itself after a while. wife has not buzzed me about the problem yet. should verify though.

in any case, the last complaint i filed with airtel presence, i got a response after 2 days. i would probably be contacting the senior guy to get it fixed asap. no matter what he claims, airtel presence rarely provide a solution in 4 hours on a working day.
Try complaining at 198. I usually get a visit within 2 hours for landline related faults, and 24 hours for broadband faults
