Airtel IPTV picture freeze!!

Hello everyone,I'm getting picture freeze for 1 or 2 sec on almost every channel which happens time to time. I've called up Airtel service guys and they have checked up the signal strength but its o.k. Do you techies have any idea what might be the reason?Also can the service conditions (signal strength) be checked on the T.V instead of the computer? Thanks
