Airtel IPTV customer care number not working ?

Hi I own an Airtel Broadband connection and want to try out Airtel IPTV. It seems that the IPTV customer care number - 011 - 44441111 is not working ? It says the number doesn't exist. I tried dialing from my BSNL landline, Airtel Landline and mobile - doesn't work!CC at 121 directed me to Airtel Digital TV CC who first tried convincing me to opt for Airtel DTH HD and finally gave the same no. above.Can anyone confirm if this is the correct number?I am from NCR Region - Faridabad. Is Airtel IPTV service available in faridabad ?Thanks!

not available in ur region......only Delhi/NCR and benglore...
