Airtel Home to bundle postpaid, broadband, and DTH bills into single bill, allow better management: Here’s how to get it
Terms And Conditions
1. The ‘Airtel Home’ (“Offer”) is being provided by Bharti Airtel Limited (“Airtel”) to Airtel Broadband subscribers with Airtel Postpaid connections, in India.
2. The Offer is valid for all Retail & COIP segment customers with Broadband & Postpaid plans across all telecom circles, in India.
3. Under this offer, “Airtel Home” customers can avail upto 10% discounts on the overall bill value of bundled connections every month.
4. Each “Airtel Home” created must have at least 1 Broadband Connection to avail the Offer. Each “Airtel Home” can have a maximum of 2 Broadband connections.
5. Discount Grid applicable as follows:
1 Broadband + 1 Postpaid connection - 5%
2 Broadband connections - 5%
1 Broadband + 2 Postpaid connections - 7.5%
2 Broadband + 1 Postpaid connections - 7.5%
1 Broadband + 3 or more Postpaid connections - 10%
2 Broadband + 2 or more Postpaid connections - 10%
6. Two Airtel Broadband connections alone can also create an “Airtel Home”.
7. There is no limit on number of Airtel Postpaid connections that can be bundled to this “Offer”. Postpaid “data card & voice only” connections can also be bundled.
8. To avail 5% discount on overall bill value, the customer must either create “Airtel Home” with ‘1 Airtel Broadband & 1 Airtel Postpaid connection’ OR ‘2 Airtel Broadband connections’.
9. To avail 7.5% discount on overall bill value, the customer must either create “Airtel Home” with ‘1 Airtel Broadband & 2 Airtel Postpaid connections’ OR ‘2 Airtel Broadband & 1 Airtel Postpaid connections’.
10. To avail 10% discount on overall bill value, the customer must either create “Airtel Home” with ‘1 Airtel Broadband & 3 Airtel Postpaid connections’ OR ‘2 Airtel Broadband & 2 Airtel Postpaid connections’. Further, the customer can avail 10% discount on every subsequent Postpaid connection bundled.
11. The offer can be claimed through the “myAirtel app” & “www.airtel.in” by clicking on “Airtel Home” tile and then following the stepwise journey.
12. While claiming the “Offer” the customer would have to take complete bill payment liability for all bundled accounts. A single Ebill for all bundled connections will be sent to the Email ID used while claiming the “Offer”.
13. The bill cycle for all bundled connections will get re-aligned to that of the Airtel Broadband. Once “Airtel Home” is created there will be a single bill cycle for all accounts.
14. In case of partial payments made to an “Airtel Home”, the paid amount would get proportionately distributed across the bills of each added connection. While, similarly non-payment of bills, would lead to service barring for all bundled accounts.
15. Customer using “voice only landline & Centrex only services”, cannot avail this “Offer”.
16. This “Offer” cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel.
17. The benefits under this Offer are not transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
