Airtel High latency in Games

How to get lowest possible ping/latency in Call of Duty/ Apex Legends? (Airtel Fiber )
I am in Gurgaon, Have Airtel Xstream Fiber 200mbps plan
I have a to link router connected to Airtel ONT modem through a lan cable
My TP-Link is connected to my gaming console
Can anyone help me?

Also do a bufferbloat test on Bufferbloat Test by Waveform
Post screenshot.

idk I have not changed the dns , everything is on default, also I have zero technical knowledge

The first result is from what client? So asymmetrical uploads and downloads (265/15)?
Here loaded latencies are a bit awful.

The TP-Link router which model?
Speeds limited to 100mbps it seems but good latencies or are you using SQM?
