Airtel F670LV9.0 5GHz SSID doesn't show up on any of my devices.

Just got the Airtel Fiber Black combo (DTH and Fiber). The technician just hurriedly set-up everything and left in a jiffy. Now that I notice, I am not able to see the 5GHz SSID on any of my devices. All of the devices do support 5GHz.

I am also facing this same problem. But all my devices are getting connected to both 5Ghz and 2.4ghz. The problem is with my Mi tv stick.
I have received dragon path airtel modem

1. 5Ghz is not showing for my Mi TV stick. 2.4ghz is shown.
2. Network provided time is not recognized, hence wifi will be connected but no internet message will be shown. Unless u manually set the correct time, the apps in TV wont work.

I have requested them for a change of router, they visited my house checked and agreed to change me the router

This is really weird. They have 4 SSIDs each for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Tried On Off(ing) all of them but futile. Got in touch with the CS Team. Let's see how they handle it

Try changing the channel and setting it to 36 or something.

The customer service replaced the router altogether. Faulty ZTE router was the culprit.

you just had to turn off the Band Steering option available in 'Internet' section.
