Airtel...exists? pls help

guys ive put up airtel around 5 months back.....i had sify b4..i used to get 30-40 ping in counter strike..but it wasnt consistent suddenly i goees 300 for a few days..n then by miracle i used to get 40 ping again in cs..so i switched to airtel..here...i used to get 70 constant..N then i got 90 constant..now its spiking from 120-400 pls help me...airtel sux hard...or is there any settings or any other shit which i should change??i have that UTSTARCOM router...does it have anything to do with it..i have 128 kbps unlimited..n i get download speed @ 9-15 kbps only @@@ 128 kbps should give 128/8 - 16 i thinkk...pls help!! Im iN chennai...MY FRENDS who r using airtel [2-3] get 50 ping @@@ another thing i noticed..they dont have UTstarcomrouter...they have beetel or somether modem..they also have obtain IP automatically in that lOCal area>ip>props>...but for me they have specified the ips..help help help...my cash is getting wasted..ive put net forr cs mainly 🙁
 
u play on lan or on cs servers ??.........try playing on lan using hamachi.....during day tie u'll get gr8 pings arnd 30-50 but the pings increase at night upto 400
